See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Large community pub run by a local family on the edge of St Ives town built in 1962 by Steward & Patteson. The name is a reference to a popular riddle. There is a large main bar, a separate area which has a pool table and dart board. There is also a large rear bar that can be hired for private functions. In addition to two regular real ales there is often a third ale available. Homemade food is served daily with the pub open from 9am (except Sunday) when breakfasts are served. Bookings are recommended for Sunday Lunch. On Friday and Saturday evenings there is a food truck. The pub has a rear beer garden with a large covered area, and there is a paved patio with tables at the front of the pub.
